Here are answers to questions frequently asked by employees, when using the self-service solution for home broadband.

What is the delivery time for internet?

If everything is ready at your address, you can shortly begin enjoying your new internet. However, if we first need to establish the fibre optic network at the address, it typically takes 6-8 weeks from your order.

Does a technician from Norlys need to visit me?

In some cases we need to send a technician. We will contact you this is the case.

I have ordered a product, but would prefer a different one. Can I change my order?

Yes. If you wish to change your order, you should contact whoever administers employee broadband at your workplace as quickly as possible.

I ordered internet a few weeks ago, but I have not heard from you yet?

Your order may be pending approval by the employee broadband administrator at your workplace. Once we receive the order at Norlys erhverv, we will send you information about your order within five working days.

Can I order a higher internet speed?

Yes. For example, if you have a speed of 100 Mbit, you can upgrade to e.g. 300 Mbit and simply pay the difference. Please contact Norlys erhverv customer service on 8830 3080 for further information and ordering.

I have ordered internet through my employer; can I also order TV?

Yes, you have the option to order TV. Read more at norlys.dk or contact customer service on 7011 4040.

Is changing suppliers complicated?

No, we have made it as easy as possible for you. For example, we take care of the transfer of telephone number, installation and setup. We go over the process with you, so the change takes place smoothly and without downtime for your internet, TV and telephony.

I don't know how to order or report a change of address. Can you help me?

Is WiFi included when I have employee broadband?

How can I find out whether fibre optic cables need to be installed at my new address?

You can check whether you have a fibre optic connection at norlys.dk. If in doubt, you can contact Norlys erhverv customer service on 8830 3080

If I change my internet speed, when will the change take effect?

We change your internet speed on the first day of the coming month.
